FAQ

Where are you located?

We are residents at The Pastry Project, but we do not have a storefront for customers.

Are you booking 2023 weddings?

Yes! Please click here to inquire about a tasting.

How much do your cakes cost?

The short answer is it varies. Wedding cakes start at a per serving cost of $10.00 - $12.00, which would include a finish in our classic vanilla buttercream. Any decor beyond this is priced separately.

What determines the final per serving cost?

The flavor you choose will determine that per serving cost. For example, pistachios are a premium ingredient, so our Pistachio flavor is $12.00 per serving.

Do you deliver? If so, how much?

Yes! We definitely deliver - we know you don't want to drive around with a tiered cake. Delivery is priced at an hourly charge of $45/hour, both ways, and $1.75 per mile, both ways. There may be extra costs, such as taking a ferry for example. Some locations are subject to an order minimum, which must be met before delivery costs.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! Tastings are offered for orders serving 50 guests or more.

Tastings are offered as to-go tasting boxes. Boxes are $50 and include your top 4 flavors from our menu. The tasting fee does not go towards your order if you decide to book with us.

You have a set menu of flavors. Can you make custom flavors?

Not at this time.

Do you offer gluten free or vegan cake?

Not at this time.

How do I reserve my order?

Celebration cakes (such as birthday cakes) require payment in full upfront.

Wedding cakes require a signed contract and a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

How early should I order my cake?

For weddings, we recommend reaching out as early as possible. We are two people, making everything from scratch, and we book up very quickly. Weddings inquiries typically start anywhere from 1-year to 6 months out. If you're reaching out for a popular month, anytime from June - August, we suggest reaching out as soon as you know you may be interested.
